FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE · Oct 22, 2026 New site puts Rep. Keith Self’s record in his own words, with a source next to every claim Built by one TX-03 constituent for voters across the district, Republicans and independents included, before early voting ends Oct 30 McKINNEY, Texas — A new independent website, keithselfrecord.com, collects Rep. Keith Self’s votes, public statements and filings, and puts a primary source next to each one: House Clerk roll calls, Federal Election Commission filings, Congress.gov, the Congressional Budget Office, and his own website and posts. It is unpaid, and is not affiliated with any party, PAC or campaign. Among the records it documents: Self called the Senate’s version of the One Big Beautiful Bill “morally and fiscally bankrupt,” then voted for the final law, which CBO says adds $3.4 trillion to deficits (Roll Call 190). He voted no six times on resolutions directing the President to stop the Iran war or seek Congress’s approval; on April 16 and May 14, 2026, a single yes vote would have passed them. On Newsmax on Sep 23, 2026, he said of Muslims, some of them his own constituents: “They have no respect for U.S. law.” Asked on NewsNation on Oct 9 whether he would debate his opponent, he said: “This is my seat. I’m going to win it.” The site also records what helps him. He cosponsored three bills to restrict stock trading by members of Congress and voted for the Stop Insider Trading Act, voted to release the Epstein files, and has filed bills for veterans. Claims the site could not confirm with a primary record or two independent sources were withdrawn before launch. For voters, the site offers a 60-second story mode for phones, an address checker built on the official census-block assignment for the 2025 district map, and a guide to voting in all seven TX-03 counties. A press center offers a one-page fact sheet and the underlying data as downloadable files. “I collected his own words and his own votes, checked every one against the record, and put the sources next to each one, so you never have to take my word for anything,” the site’s author writes. The author is a private citizen and is not publicly named. ### The Keith Self Record is made by one TX-03 constituent. Not funded by any PAC, party or campaign.
